Instructor - Accounting jobs in South Dakota

Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research.     Responsibilities include:

    Coordinate insurance pre-certification and verification process

    Operate switchboard and direct patient, visitor and staff phone calls and questions to appropriate personnel

    Update hospital on-call schedule daily

    Verify and generate daily patient room changes

    Coordinate all alarm monitors and code calls which include summoning appropriate response teams

    Complete county letters and liens for applicable patient accounts Work every other weekend

      • Register and admit patients by obtaining relevant patient demographic and insurance information.
      • Maintain and coordinate providers and patients schedules.
      • Organize, file and retrieve all medical records
    Required: Must have at least 6 months recent hospital/medical or general office experience as well as patient registration and computer experience
