- Instructional design theory and methods, various instructional methods and delivery options
- Measurement and evaluation theory and methods, various software tools used in instructional design and training vendors and resources.
- Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, instructional design, or education.
- Knowledge of a wide range of technology, including use of the Blackboard learning management system, Adobe and or Apple production suites, educational technology, and the creation of basic instructional tutorials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
