Installation & Maintenance Technician Director jobs in Colorado
Installation & Maintenance Technician Director directs the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Director leads all functions and ensures they are completed on time and within budget. Oversees the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns in a professional manner- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment```Skills:```
Experience is helpful, but not necessary. Experience that would help you to be successful in this role, would be the following skills:
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools commonly used in landscaping
- Experience in landscape maintenance practices- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to take direction and work with others.
