Pros 4 Technology is a rapidly growing Managed IT Service Provider serving small to medium sized business in Southeastern Wisconsin. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of IT projects by coordinating tasks, communicating with our Pros 4 Technology team and clients, and monitoring project progress. Your ability to multitask, problem solve, communicate effectively, and maintain a strong attention to detail will be essential to the success of our IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules. Project Coordinator is responsible for making sure all the information needed to deliver a project on-time and on-budget is available and gathered.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Coordinate tasks and activities among team members and clients.
Ensure that project team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines. The project plan and execution of all tasks in the plan falls on the lead tech. The Project Coordinator collaborates with the lead tech and keeps them on schedule.
Maintain open and clear communication channels among team members and clients.
Work with clients to schedule deliveries and installs.
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to coordinate their involvement in projects.
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and change requests.
Ensure that project documentation is organized and accessible to team members.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Previous work in IT environments is a plus.
