| Montgomery County seeks two (2) skilled functional administrators, a junior administrator and an expert, who will work under the direction of the functional program manager and closely with various project teams and department subject matter experts. The functional administrators will provide support throughout the pay cycle and must be capable of providing administrative and functional support to MCtime (Kronos Workforce Timekeeper V6.2 ) end users; providing staff level support for the MCtime system; acting as a liaison to County department representatives and coordinating research into and resolution of user problems including system functionality, employee schedules, pay rule assignment, timeclock configuration; researching and responding to user inquiries and issues reported to the MCtime Help Desk.
