The Order Administrator will specialize in the order management process for assigned accounts; working with Builder Channel Partners, Design, Installation including Subcontractors as well as Service Technicians, and Sales.
This requires collecting necessary information, order placement, order tracking and scheduling, and installation appointment scheduling.
In addition, analyzing each account to ensure best processes are in place to meet on-time delivery and customer expectations.
