Implementation Manager manages a team of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Ensures the team is following department policies and procedures. Being an Implementation Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Additionally, Implementation Manager ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to implementation problems or challenges. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or assist in developing proposals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Implementation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Implementation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and platform administrators, deeply understanding each organization’s business goals, objectives, and needs that ultimately lead to customer retention. Not to mention revenue growth, and enthusiasm to evangelize Chronus!
Lead new customer implementations, including fastidious project management
Manage internal record keeping and communication channels in a timely manner
Configure software and deliver effective training
Take a proactive and consultative approach to help customers achieve their program goals and navigate internal barriers to adoption
Work closely with cross-functional partners like Sales, Account Management, Support, Marketing, and Product, to collaborate and coordinate customer success throughout the customer lifecycle.
Provide strong guidance and expertise to your clients
Engage customers in a trusted advisor role
Assertively manage client progress toward key milestones to ensure successful launch
Own your clients’ rollout success including quality, smoothness, & customer satisfaction
Learn constantly, starting with mastery of the product and mentoring domain
Serve as the voice of the customer within Chronus
Stay abreast of L&D and HR industry trends to engage stakeholders as thought partners
Help the greater Chronus team succeed by authoring content, leading projects, etc.
Advocate and activate for solutions when faced with challenging situations

Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
3 years of experience in SaaS business focused on Customer Success or project/program management
Experience in the SaaS market building deep relationships with customers and stakeholders, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the HR Enterprise market
Able to learn new technologies quickly; software-savvy
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple programs & implementations
Self-motivated; able to manage project deliverables proactively and independently
Hungry to excel and succeed in a fast-paced scrappy start-up environment - you’re comfortable with ambiguity and thrive when given the opportunity to improve an organization’s developing systems and processes; after all, the only constant is change!

Strong general project management, organizational, and time management skills with a track record of delivering on deadlines
Competence with Microsoft Office programs, tools and/or the G Suite of applications (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, etc.). Comfortable leveraging CRMs and CSPs, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Vitally
Bonus points if you have experience supporting U.S. Government accounts (IL4)
