**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and systems, with a focus on employee relations, recruiting, and training and development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

- Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

**Skills:**

- Proficient in HR systems including Ceridian Dayforce

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels

- Experience in employee relations and HR sourcing

- Knowledge of training development processes

- Familiarity with Human Resources best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
