Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Food Processing industry for an individual to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee as a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources (HR) Assistant. This role will involve supporting a variety of HR functions in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities- Assisting with the entry of new employees into the system.
- Assisting with payroll operations, specifically with Kronos and ADP systems.
- Assisting with the new hire onboarding process.
- Creating and generating various reports as required.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Addressing and resolving general HR related inquiries from employees.
- Maintaining and updating employee files.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft 365 Enterprise to perform job duties.
- Upholding a high level of confidentiality in handling employee information.
- Assisting with employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Bilingual English AND Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to create reports and maintain records.
- Experience with onboarding process and ADP-Payroll system.
- Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System is a must.
- Proven track record of handling HR-related filing and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations.
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
