HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).     Purpose

    • This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, involving the overall management of the company’s system of record, SAP/SuccessFactors.
    • This position is responsible for facilitating the planning and execution of SAP/SuccessFactors configurations and projects. The incumbent will be a subject matter expert in all modules of SAP/Success Factors including employee central, onboarding, performance management, succession and development, learning, recruiting and talent sourcing, compensation, and talent management.
    • The HRIS team will provide day-to-day SAP/SuccessFactors support in configurations, business processes, security, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting. As the leader of this team, the incumbent will partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders and refine our People data and processes for efficiency and ease of use.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Manage the organization’s HRIS system ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, data integrity, and security.
    • Lead and mentor the HRIS team to identify new solutions and enhance current processes to deliver new capabilities for the business and users.
    • Support the development of the HR systems strategy and roadmap.
    • Serve as support and liaison to HAEA in all aspects of SAP/SuccessFactors including maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements. Manage project milestones, action items, and associated due dates. Review project deliverables for completeness and compliance with project plan and scope.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics in support of the HR Business Partner and COE teams and other business leaders, as needed.

    • Review and update organizational chart information and generate official company Organization Charts. Maintain headcount report and interface files.
    • Lead system administration of the annual Performance Cycle process in SuccessFactors, with support from HR Business Partners. Make recommendations for overall system enhancements and improvements. Generate reports, as needed.
    • Serve as the HR Technology subject matter expert and partner with business and IT Stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements for integrations and security protocol.
    • Assist in relationship management with external partners and vendors and oversee the selection, negotiation, and contracting of HR technology solutions.
    • Actively seek continuous process improvement, exploring opportunities to streamline and improve processes for increased timeliness and efficiency.
    • Use advanced knowledge to propose, implement, and execute ongoing process improvement within Human Resources. Help train HR team on system changes, collaborating with others to develop system training materials, as needed.
    • Provide survey data to requesting parties and participate in surveys including, but not limited to, the annual EEO-1 survey.

    Related Experience

    • Six or more years of relevant professional experience in HRIS or a related function.
    • At least three years of combined experience with SAP/SuccessFactors.
    • Two or more years of direct team supervisory experience is preferred.
    • Demonstrated project management and experience, including experience with SF module implementation.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Established understanding of HRIS technology and its applications within a business.
    • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and operations.
    • Advanced spreadsheet and database skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage well through ambiguity and change course when needed.
    • Ability to interface effectively with senior levels of management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
