Own is seeking an HRIS Analyst to play a key role in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Workday HRIS system. As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you'll collaborate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal functionality and performance of the Workday system. This is the ideal role for anyone with foundational knowledge of Workday who actively seeks opportunities to learn while collaborating with others to deliver system-based solutions to business challenges.
Some baseline knowledge of Workday (or equivalent HR system experience) is required for this role, however, we value a self-starting candidate with a willingness to learn from internal and external subject matter experts. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
