Action Plumbing Heating & Air/ 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz is a family-owned and operated company looking for a Full time, entry-level, competent, CSR/Dispatcher to assist with the running of the daily operations. The ideal candidate must have great communication skills, speak English fluently, be hard-working, professional, easy to talk to, have a good attitude, be well organized, and be willing to learn.

Required Credentials:

♦One or more years of experience as a Customer Service Rep and/or Dispatcher

♦Open availability to work swing shift and weekends as needed.

♦Computer/tech-savvy with an ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Credentials:

♦Experience in the area of customer service and/or related dispatching service technicians.

♦Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

♦A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by cell phone and tracking devices.

♦Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.

♦Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

♦Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.

♦Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.

♦High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education.

♦Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.

♦Knowledge of the local geographic territory.

Responsibilities include:

♦Being reliable and punctual

♦Answering inbound calls.

♦Making outbound calls to existing clientele.

♦Schedule and organize appointments.

♦Managing many calls and calendars at once.

♦Complaint resolution/customer retention.

♦Understanding dispatching funnels.

♦Maintain confidentiality.

♦Avoid any possible conflict of interest.

♦Paper and computer work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
