About the role
· Responsible for managing and improving HR processes, specifically focusing on creating administrator documentation, employee-facing communications / training materials, end-to-end process flows and Confluence pages.
· The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
· Develop, update, and maintain HR process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and guidelines.
· Ensure all HR processes are clearly documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
· Conduct regular reviews of process documentation to ensure it reflects current practices and compliance requirements.
· Train and support HR team members on new and existing processes.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 5 years of experience in technical writing
· 5 years of experience in HR operations
· Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of Workday preferred.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
