Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Housing Manager at Pro Housing in Scottsdale, AZ. The Housing Manager will be responsible for daily operations, including coordinating move-ins and move-outs, addressing maintenance requests, and resolving tenant concerns. The Housing Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with rental agreements, managing lease renewals and terminations, and marketing available units.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Familiarity with property management software and tools
- Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in apartment or residential property management is a plus
