We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various programs. This is a full-time position, 40 hours. Days & times will vary on program needs.

Salary range $41,000 to $47,000 based on experience and education

Required Education/Experience:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED, Prefer Bachelor' Degree
• Preferred CPR/FA, Provider Training & Medication Administration
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel & Word
• One-year previous experience with support service needs of people with developmental disabilities.
• One or more years of acceptable supervisory and management experience in the human services field with specific experience in human services program operations

Duties:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management in the residential settings that mirrors the adopted mission, vision, and core values of Halom House.
• Responsible for completing and filing all required documents which include weekly site visits, medical appointment summaries, time tracking, and site-specific sheets.
• Responsible for ensuring that the assigned Group Home and Supported Living homes are compliant and safe for both the individuals and employees. This includes making sure that safety drills are conducted according to protocol.
• Serve as on-call supervisor one weekend/month, including managing emergencies, providing staff guidance and instruction, and shift coverage as needed.
• Manage an assigned caseload of individuals, including ISP development and revisions, outcome and support maintenance, financial supervision, training, health and wellness activities and direct support services as needed.
• Identify the medical services, social integration activities, budgets and record keeping necessary to meet the needs of the person served.
• Facilitate achievement of stated goals for persons served.
• Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to program staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resources.

Skills:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to effectively manage program operations.
• Excellent relationship management skills to build partnerships with stakeholders.
• Experience in DODD program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ability to motivate and support a team.
• Ability to contribute to program development and improvement initiatives.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
