Hospital Staffing Coordinator jobs in Maryland

• Manage the cycle of staffing from application to placement.
• Ensure employee placement is in compliance with guidelines determined by the client.
• Monitor placements by communicating with clients daily.
• Conduct coaching and counseling of employees.
• Identify client staffing needs in advance.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with new and existing clients via email correspondence or weekly visits.
• Source the community for new client accounts.
• Manage, coach, and develop Employment Coordinators to be promotion ready.
• Participate in professional networking organizations.
• Generate leads through marketing and networking.
• Understand the financial effect on the company in regard to Unemployment compliance and Workers' Compensation accidents.
• Create a long-term strategy for office growth.
• Conduct audits of employee files.

• Proven experience in Staffing, retail, or a similar fast-paced position.
• Experience in planning and execution of HR functions (onboarding, interviewing, I 9, WOTC, Insurance, etc.).
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Positive, friendly, patient, and upbeat attitude.
• Thrives in a "teamwork" environment.
• Reliable with respect to confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Office 365 to include: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel, is a must.
• Computer knowledge required.
• On-the-job training in our Salisbury office.
