The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily/weekly staffing activities and ongoing supervision of caregivers to ensure quality care is delivered per client care plans. Also, will be responsible for staffing/scheduling of caregivers for all clients and ensuring staffing/scheduling needs are met on an ongoing basis. Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients, manage high telephone volume on a daily basis, ability to answer email and phone calls after office hours and other duties as necessary.
