Hospice Director jobs in Pennsylvania

The Hospice Administrator is responsible for the total management of a Hospice care office. Our growing hospice agency is currently searching for an Administrator to join and lead our team. The Administrator reports to the Director of Operations and will oversee the daily operations of the Agency. You will be responsible for everything that happens in your location.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in a Hospice, Home Health, or Skilled Nursing Facility
• Knowledge of hospice practices and legal requirements to oversee an office and stay in compliance
• Above average communication skills required.
• Must have demonstrated leadership in the past.
• Hospice management experience preferred.
• Degree in Healthcare or management or RN license

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the ongoing operations of the location including budgeting.
• Review results of programs implemented at your location and appraise whether they are to be continued or not.

• Coordinates staff operation. Monitor staffing levels to patients for quality of care provided
• Direct your staff in all of their responsibilites including admissions, IDT meetings, and re-evaluation of patients.
• Continue to perform staff education for all of their duties related to Hospice Care.

• Multi-task and prioritize the duties that need performed.
• Uphold the company image as an ethical and high quality provider of hospice services at all times.
• Track and follow up with all quality measures to ensure the location meets the standards of the Hospice's vision

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
