We are seeking a skilled Stone Mason Contractor to join our team. As a contractor, you will be responsible for providing stone masonry services, including construction, repair, and restoration of various stone structures. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair stone structures, including walls, archways, patios, and facades.
• Select and prepare appropriate stone materials for each project, considering strength, color, texture, and size.
• Cut, shape, and polish stones using hand and power tools to achieve desired specifications.
• Lay stones in mortar, ensuring proper leveling, spacing, and alignment.
• Create visually appealing decorative patterns and designs with stones.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to interpret project requirements.
• Estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in stone masonry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stone Mason or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in working with various types of stone, such as granite, marble, limestone, and slate.
• Knowledge of stone masonry techniques, including cutting, shaping, polishing, and laying stones.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges during construction or repair work.
• Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
