Position: Helpdesk Support
Location: Fully Onsite - 77058
Experience Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficient in using Jira for ticket management, SCCM for imaging, and Office 365 for software requests.
- Solid understanding of hardware support, particularly for HP laptops and associated peripherals.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Position Description:
- Initial Onboarding – O365 Account set up, Active Directory, Email and Licensing
- Orientation/Access – 1 hour training, permissions, sending how-to documents
- Change Management – Adding Access, changing teams, new roles
- Termination – Closing account, recover equipment, notify leads
