Our private practice is looking to hire an office manager. As a growing modern practice, we offer a rewarding environment and room for growth in the position. We are looking to hire a detail oriented, motivated individual to perform office manager responsibilities and oversee our Liberty, MO, Kansas City, MO (Zona Rosa), and Mission, KS locations. The home base for this position will be in Liberty, MO but applicant must be willing to travel to Mission, KS and Kansas City, MO location weekly. These duties include:
This is a salary position with an encouraged 40-hour week Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. On Fridays there is an option to work from 7:30-4:30pm or the normal business hours. Benefits include healthcare, paid time off (PTO), milage reimbursement, and retirement. PTO will be in the amount of 80 hours per calendar year, 24 hours of sick time, and the six major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Office manager experience is required. Experience with insurance benefits, billing, or prior receptionist work is required. Experience in the Mental Health field is preferred.
