Key responsibilities:

• Management of the teller line, which includes scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and motivating.
• provide excellent customer service
• process transactions accurately and efficiently
• promote the bank’s products and services to best meet the financial needs of customers
• work well independently but also thrive in a team environment
• be committed to building relationships with our customers and staff

Qualifications:

• banking experience
• customer service experience
