Head Start Family Services Supervisor - $55,362 annually
Head Start provides a free preschool education to children ages three to five years old in a nurturing learning environment that includes parents as important resources for their children's learning. We focus on the "whole child" and include as part of our program the child's educational, health, family, and social needs. Our Family Services Supervisor supervise staff and applies professional expertise in the area of family services, including but not limited to; planning, organizing, and implementing family services, including ERSEA, family partnerships, referrals and parent involvement while providing quality control, training services, and compliance monitoring. - 1 FTE, 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri Desired start date 8/1/2024

Ability to supervise subordinates, provide leadership, monitor performance, conduct interviews and coach/counsel/develop employees.
Knowledge of ERSEA, child development and family dynamics, especially related to families living in poverty. Thorough knowledge of local and state resources. Demonstrated ability to develop good working relationships with community resources, agencies, parents and staff team members. Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills, Excel, Outlook, data entry skills. Knowledge of Child Plus, TS Gold, Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports desirable. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license, Food Handlers certification, First Aid and CPR certification, health verification form and enrollment in Oregon Child Care Division Criminal History Registry*.
CSC is a community Action Agency helping Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties.
