$64,355.20 - $126,339.20RESPONSIBILITIESPlans, directs and evaluates the overall clinical care and functions. Oversees the activities of the clinical areas and directs, organizes, and assigns work to the clinical team that includes nurses, medical assistants (if applicable), and pharmacy technician(s). Assesses, monitors, and educates all clinical staff on patient care. Institutes emergency procedures as necessary. Assures compliance with all standard operating procedures and regulations to the assigned areas.
Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
Licensed RN in the state of employment.
Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
Registered Nurse license.
Oncology Nurse certification (OCN) required within 1 year.
Current CPR certification.
Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
Previous Experience:
Five (5) years of experience in the healthcare field in a clinic or hospital setting.
Three (3) years of management experience preferred.
