Head Nurse - Industrial jobs in Montana
Head Nurse - Industrial directs nursing service activities in an industrial setting. Provides care to patients with emergency industrial accidents and surgery outpatients. Being a Head Nurse - Industrial plans and conducts training programs to promote employee health and safety in the workplace. Delegates responsibilities to auxiliary and industrial staff nurses. Additionally, Head Nurse - Industrial maintains pre-set inventory standards for solutions, supplies, medicines and equipment, and keeps track of narcotics. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a director. The Head Nurse - Industrial manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Head Nurse - Industrial typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Requisitos del puesto
- Educación mínima: Universitario con título (Ing. Industrial, Lic. Mercadotecnia, Lic. Relaciones Industriales, Lic. Gestión de Ventas, o afín)
- Experiencia en ventas como Representante de ventas.
- Conocimientos en ventas industriales, manufactura, publicidad y ventas técnicas a nivel avanzado.
Responsabilidades del puesto
- Realizar prospección y seguimiento de clientes.
- Crear estrategias de venta y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
- Brindar un servicio de atención al cliente de calidad.
- Participar en ferias y eventos de la industria para promocionar nuestros servicios.
Prestaciones y beneficios adicionales
- $10,000 mensuales brutos comisiones
- Capacitación continua.
- Comisiones por ventas.
- Horario flexible.
