Location: Cleveland, OH - On-Site - Flexible Schedule

Salary: $80k-$120k DOE

Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3 years experience, Project Management and Circuit Board Design

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and test high-quality hardware systems and components
• Consult on hardware projects and offer technical solutions
• Create comprehensive documentation for hardware systems
• Ensure hardware systems are reliable and meet customer requirements
• Design and develop hardware systems and components
• Create and review documentation for hardware systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware systems
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Consult with other departments in the development process
• Manage and coordinate hardware projects
  
  

What You Must Have

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Similar Degree
• 3 Years Relevant Experience
• Some Product and Project Management
• Continous Improvement Mindset and Customer Focus in a Team Environment
• What's Nice to Have
• Analog and PCB Layout and Design
• Audio And Video Equipment End Use & Audio and Video Interface Familiarity
• FPGA and CPLD Design, VHDL
