Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agriculture and possess a range of skills from heavy lifting to animal handling.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily farm operations and seasonal duties, such as haying
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required
- Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors and other heavy machinery
- Repair and maintain equipment as needed
- Care for animals on the farm including feeding and handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Experience with basic math for measurements and calculations
- Proficiency in operating hand tools and heavy equipment, including loading tractors onto trailers
- Mechanical aptitude for equipment repair
- Familiarity with animal handling practices
