DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of pest control services.
•Manage and develop a team of pest control technicians, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service delivery.
•Implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales goals, increase market share, and maximize revenue.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on pest control solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Monitor branch performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data and implementing improvement strategies as needed.
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pest control industry, with a proven track record in branch or operations management.
•Strong knowledge of pest control practices, regulations, and treatment methods.

•Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
•Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and sales forecasting.

•Valid pest control certification or license in compliance with state regulations.
