Marketing & Graphic Design Intern:

This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing & Communications team in implementing marketing strategies for the recruitment and retention of members, program participants, and employees.

• Assists the Marketing team with design of flyers, print collateral, shirts, etc. in accordance with the YMCA's brand standards
• Assists in the design of external print, billboard, digital, etc ads for partner ad agencies in accordance with the advertising campaign calendar.
• Submits event information to community calendars.
• Assists with the creation and management of Daxko Engage email templates, works with departments on email/template needs.
• Assists with the creation and management of *new software* flyer templates, works with departments on flyer/announcement/template needs.
• Makes sure that Member Services Desks and brochure racks are stocked, along with other displays and marketing placeholders in our facilities
• Manages upkeep of marketing bulletin boards and internal digital signage.
• Assists with the Spotlight Story process, by interviewing, writing, and distribution of stories.
• Assignments: Assists with small web edits, distribute flyers, help set up displays, proof content, etc.

Pay & Benefits:

• $13.07/hour
