General Description
Working under the direction of Sales, this position is responsible for the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels.
Education, Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. A strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of typography, videography, color theory, and layout design is required. FAA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred. Valid driver license is required.
Experience
Minimum one (1) year of graphic design and marketing experience is required. Proven experience in creating a variety of marketing materials such as ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts. Proven experience with print production and video production.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Essential Duties
1. Create and present concepts for new projects and campaigns.
2. Create, design, and update website content.
3. Create visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials including but not limited to ads, brochures, posters, photos, and videos.
4. Design and implement social content to align with business goals.
5. Create content and make updates to the Component Engine application.
6. Create and update product price sheets.
7. Create and update sales training guides.
8. Maintain brand guidelines for all brands, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials.
9. Retouch, manipulate, color correct, and archive photos.
10. Shoot, retouch, manipulate, and archive video.
11. Collaborate with marketing company.
12. Communicate with various departments to understand design needs for projects.
13. Suggest new ideas and concepts for platforms such as posters, brochures, signage, banners, etc.
14. Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.
15. Manage inventory and recommend new equipment, software, and display materials.
16. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.
17. Conduct data research to grow and maintain customer platforms.
18. Follow all company and safety policies, guidelines, and rules.
19. Follow all quality standards.
20. Work in a fast-paced environment.
21. Stay focused and on task with minimal supervision.
22. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
23. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Work Environment
Mainly an office environment position, this role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers/printers, and filing cabinets. Intermittent trips to the manufacturing shop floor will be necessary. Safety eyewear and other PPE will be required as needed.
Physical Demands
Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time. The position may require long periods of sitting or standing while using office equipment. Bending, reaching, and lifting may be required for product testing, photo/video shoots, and trade show set-ups and teardowns.
Schedule
Full time, non-exempt. Regular office hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Travel
Some travel may be required for training and photo/video shoots.
