Position Objective:
The Program Coordinator is an on-site administrative leader for the Luminis Health School Based program, coordinating different aspects of practice operations.
Essential Job Duties:

- Maintains master list of students in the program.
- Oversees Luminis Health staff in the performance of their duties.
- Maintain schedule for the programming. Maintains coordination of activities with the various schools.
- Motivates and encourages participation through appropriate weekly communication (email, phone, one-on-one)
- Monitors and handles participant questions/issues
- Under consultation with the leadership team, evaluates and improves the program.
- Acts a resource to marketing in developing strategies for promotion of programs. Manages advertising and marketing
- Manages inventory of products and office supplies. Stocks and prints supplies (brochures, start up materials, adapting packets, orientation packets, physical packets, etc.)
- Organizes group classes and maintains applicable lesson plans and serves as Liaison with Education community. \
- Maintains the collection, monitoring base, evaluates and reports specific data for the program.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Required Minimum Education.
The minimum level of education for this position includes:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred college course work in related field.
Required Minimum Experience:
- Experience in a professional environment required.
- 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Required License/Certifications:
- Current CPR Certification
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to work in an organize and independent manner and make judgment decisions.
- Efficient computer skills required.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
Working Conditions, Equipment, Physical Demands:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
