Grader, Bulldozer, and Scraper Operator operates a specially equipped tractor to gouge out, level, and distribute earth. Prepares land for constructing roads and buildings. Being a Grader, Bulldozer, and Scraper Operator may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Grader, Bulldozer, and Scraper Operator is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Responsibilities and Job Duties:- Ability to operate machines properly and safely
- Understand grade staking
- Able to read and see grade
- Keep machines clean
- Check fluid and machine for safe operations
- 1 years’ experience in operator machines
- Basic general knowledge of Heavy Civil work
- Understands and Maintains Safety at all times
- Hard working individual
- Enjoys working outside in inclement weather (cold days and hot days)
- Enjoys working with your hands
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
