    We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Geotechnical Engineer to join our esteemed Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing geotechnical projects, conducting field investigations, and providing geotechnical recommendations. This role will also involve performing geotechnical laboratory analyses and construction phase testing.

    Responsibilities

    As a Permanent Geotechnical Engineer, you will:

    1. Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations and provide detailed reports to assist in the design and construction of various engineering projects.

    2. Perform geotechnical laboratory analyses to determine the physical and chemical properties of soil and rock samples.

    3. Establish design parameters based on the results of geotechnical investigations and laboratory analyses.

    4. Manage geotechnical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

    5. Provide geotechnical recommendations for design and construction teams, helping to solve complex engineering problems.

    6. Conduct construction phase testing, including field inspections and site characterizations, to ensure the project is in compliance with the design specifications.

    7. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, geologists, and project managers to deliver exceptional results to our clients.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for the Permanent Geotechnical Engineer role will have:

    1. A Professional Engineer (PE) license.

    2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer, preferably within the Engineering industry.

    3. Proven experience in project management, geotechnical investigation, geotechnical laboratory analyses, field investigation, establishing design parameters, and construction phase testing.

    4. A strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, and geotechnical design.

    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

    6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.

    7. Proficiency in using geotechnical software and other relevant engineering tools.

    8. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
