Description
McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a a Non-Judicial Foreclosure Processor will be responsible for processing non-judicial foreclosure files in AL/GA/VA/TN. Knowledge of the foreclosure process from referral through post-sale is required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a high-volume work environment and will have the ability to adapt to change easily.
Requirements- Review the foreclosure file for statutory, servicer, and investor compliance
- Scheduling of sales and coordination of advertisements with newspapers
- Document preparation, including sale notices, bid packages, and general correspondence
- Communication with clients, borrowers, attorneys, and management team
- Working knowledge of client systems, including BKFS and Tempo
- Assisting with other duties and special projects as needed
- Working knowledge of foreclosure law and terminology
- Excellent professional communication skills. Position requires interaction with all interoffice personnel, managers and attorneys as well as the clients and outside vendors.
- Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
- Well organized, effective time management, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Strong work and business ethics; Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a Team Player
- Effective problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of client systems including Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, a350 CaseAware
- High School Diploma or GEDtlant
- 3 - 5 years foreclosure experience required
- General high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at
- Occasional overtime may be required
