Position Description Summary:
At Road Runner, the role of a Food Service Manager is to demonstrate and lead the food service teams to achieve deli objectives, maintain food safety and operating procedures while providing our customers with our highest food standards and exceptional customer service. maintaining stock levels and inventory and ensuring the flawless execution of programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Expect to work at least 55 hours per week.
· Responsible for all food safety inspections

Basic Qualifications:
· High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
· Two (2) year degree or above in Culinary Arts, i.e., food services is strongly preferred.
· A minimum of three (3) years of food services experience in food purchasing and inventory is required
· A minimum of 1 year as a top performing fast food, retail, restaurant, or convenience Store Manager or equivalent experience is required
· Intermediate computer skills required.
· Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass MVR standards.
· Must be 21 years of age
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
· A minimum of 1 year supervising and training employees.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
Availability to work evenings and weekends is required
· Must be willing to obtain certifications required by state regarding food service.
· ServSafe certification preferred
· Must have solid communication skills (written and verbal)
