Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Plan and coordinate daily routes to maximize efficiency and meet customer demands
• Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and driver activities
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of alcohol and non-alcohol beverage distribution
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Previous experience in beverage distribution helpful
• Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team of drivers
• Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees

Requirements:
