True Rest Float Spa, 1639 East Monte Vista Suite 106, Vacaville, Ca, is looking for float spa consultant/sales associates to join our team. Our ideal candidate has great energy, is self-driven, ambitious, engaged AND has sale experience.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and sell memberships to new and existing clients
• Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of clients and be able to address their needs
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
• Identify prospective clients, lead generation and sales conversions (20% minimum)
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss float needs
• Emphasize the features of floating to highlight how it can solve customer problems
• Answer questions about floating
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare Membership sales agreements
• Work closely with Manager to ensure sales goals are met
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, check clients in/out sell memberships
• Clean and restock float rooms between floats, laundry, deep clean of spa
• Additional duties as requested

Qualifications

• Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of floating to potential clients
• Must have confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in selling memberships and cold-calling customers
• Physical endurance, as Float Consultant you may need to be on your feet for long hours, to include cleaning and attention to detail
• Be knowledgeable about floating
• Be friendly, positive and outgoing
• Must have good people skills
• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
