For the right candidate, you will become an integral contributor on the team, making the industry aware of this new fertilizer and crop input efficiency technology. You will be responsible for sales development within your region including successful qualification of customers, pipeline management, and achieving sales budgets. You will be expected to provide marketing input as well as innovative product/technology ideas.

EXPECTATIONS
- 5-10 years of previous agriculture related sales experience.
- Utilize an existing network of Distributors/Dealers/Growers
- Plan and organize sales activities to achieve established business goals and sales budgets.
- Plan and develop Distributor/Dealer/Grower networks in assigned territory according to agreed upon market development strategy.
- Actively participate in Nano-Yield’s business planning and sales budgeting processes.
- Motivate dealers and distributors to promote the Nano-Yield portfolio of products and services.
- Educate customers and growers on new products as they are introduced to the market.
- Conduct direct farm visits to growers, positioning Nano-Yields’ portfolio of nanoliquid products.
- Conduct direct visits to retailers, assisting in selling Nano-Yield portfolio of products.
- Conduct grower/retailer meetings to promote the use of Nano-Yields nanoliquid products.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and field days within your assigned territory.
- Implement strategic trials/side-by-sides to showcase nanoliquid technology to potential customers.
- Perform any other qualified sales duties as may be required
- The ability to do physical work including but not limited to lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Traveling with overnight stays to facilitate customer meetings.
- Must reside in the specified region (Dakotas) to best meet customer needs.
SCOPE OF POSITION
The position is responsible for the following:
- All agriculture related sales and positioning of Nano-Yield nanoliquid products in the territory.
- Manage Nano-Yield relationships with all distributor/wholesale/growers in the territory.
- Planning and organizing all day-to-day activities.
- Achieving defined business goals.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
- This position reports to the Director of Sales.
- There are no positions that report to the Regional Sales Manager.
- This position communicates often and closely with other Regional Sales Managers, company President, as well as administration and operations.
BENEFITS
The pay range for a Regional Sales Manager is $70,000 - $200,000 including commission potential.
