Flight Medic transports and transfers patients by aircraft and assesses the extent of an illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures to follow. Provides advanced life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured. Being a Flight Medic replenishes the aircraft with medical supplies after flights. Must be CPR certified. Additionally, Flight Medic requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to manager. Flight Medic's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Remote Medical International is seeking new members for our team to serve as Offshore Paramedics. The successful offshore paramedic will have a can-do, roll up your sleeves attitude and will be responsible for the management and operation of an occupational health clinic providing field medical coverage for vessels. This included providing immediate evaluations for medical needs and training on medical care in austere environments. In addition to providing routine medical services and responding to emergencies the offshore paramedic performs safety checks and evaluations as necessary and enforcing health and safety regulations.
