Flight Instructor jobs in New Hampshire
Flight Instructor instructs student pilots in flight procedures and techniques in ground school courses and flight training. Prepares lesson plans. Being a Flight Instructor evaluates and monitors students performance. This position is typically is represented by a senior level pilot. Additionally, Flight Instructor the compensation data does NOT reflect salaries of flight instructors from smaller local flight schools who typically work on an hourly basis and consider the accumulation of airtime the highest priority in their respective careers. Morningside Flight Park:, often considered one of the most complete flight parks in the country, sits among the Connecticut River Valley’s rolling hills in New Hampshire on land that must have been cosmically designed for hang gliding and paragliding. The property’s gently elevating slope has made it a world renowned training ground for beginners and a challenging launch site for experienced pilots. The park also offers tandem hang gliding, as well as aero-towing for solo pilots with the proper ratings.
We are looking for a USHPA certified* paragliding instructor and a USPPA* certified Powered Paragliding instructor to teach lessons with a scooter tow system. We need instructors who are ready to work hard, be flexible and do whatever it takes to help grow our Flight Park.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching beginner and advanced paragliding lessons
Equipment Maintenance
Help with Promotion and Marketing
Training of current staff
Expectations:
Strict adherence to safety standards
Great communication skills
Unbridled enthusiasm for flight and teaching
Team player
