Fleet Administrator, Sr. jobs in Washington
Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Line Haul is looking for a talented Fleet Database Administrator who will own analytics and develop solutions to drive insights and optimization for Network Planning and Forecasting. As a member of this team, you will have an opportunity to be a thought leader in Amazon Logistics and work with a group of talented program managers, product managers, research scientists, software developers, and business leaders to design the Amazon network of the future.
This position requires superior analytical thinking, ability to quickly approach large ambiguous problems and apply analytics, technical and engineering expertise to rapidly analyze, validate, visualize, prototype and deliver solutions. This position also requires significant cross functional work and integration with transportation, tech, operations and finance. Successful candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key job responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities to reduce fulfillment costs as well as improve efficiencies and customer experience
- Design, develop and establish KPIs to monitor analysis and provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance

- Ability to perform/own reoccurring and ad-hoc business intelligence projects
- Develop standardized metrics to evaluate and benchmark pertaining to short and long term network planning and forecasting
- Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing

Bellevue, WA, USABASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
- 1 years of management experience
- Experience with SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $80,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
