ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong sales experience and drive to grow clientele
Deliver pre-designed workouts in a group training environment
Create customized program pertaining to personal client needs
Promote Club within community
Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
Energize and motivate clients throughout sessions
Build attendance and retain current clientele
Participate in events outside club
Assist in membership sales as needed
Other job duties as required; such as cleaning, phone calls, emails, etc..
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Confidence with initiating sales
Knowledge of exercise techniques and body mechanics
Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Job Type:Full-Time; Hours as needed for clientele including mornings, evenings and weekends
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION(S):
Certified Personal Trainer (from a recognized program)
CPR/AED certification
