Additionally, Fire Prevention Engineer is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The City of Franklin has an immediate opening for a Fire Prevention Captain/Inspector. The Fire Prevention Captain reports directly to the Fire Chief. Qualified candidates must be able to communicate effectively with City staff and the public. This position demands teamwork.
This position is a 40 hour per week, business hours, position. This position is expected to evaluate community risks and develop strategies that will enhance the safety of our community. This position entails the following:
