This is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the region. Successful candidates will have achieved NICET I or higher in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be paid at the conclusion of 90 days of excellent employment. Hourly rate is $35 an hour based on experience and skill.

Responsibilities :

• Perform proper code driven inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
• Provide detailed reports on deficiencies & findings.
• Maintain, schedule, and complete inspections on time.
• Overnight travel may be necessary.

Qualifications :

• State of Maine Fire Sprinkler Inspector License (required)
• Excellent communication skills
• Great working relationship with co-workers, managers, customers, and code officials
• Able to pass a drug screening, background, and driver’s license check
