Pay Rate: $120,000 - $155,000 / year

Our eastside client is looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting. Candidate must be experienced in Revenue Recognition and billing operations with a minimum of 6 years of experience, CPA required and excellent communication skills. Role consists of ad hoc projects, SEC filings, and managing staff. High Visibility role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare SEC filings (10K, 10Q) and prepare position papers
• Lead the adoption of new accounting pronouncements
• Manage and mentor staff
• Ability to work with executive level
• Various projects and special analysis as assigned

Education/Skills:

• BS / BA in Accounting required, MBA / MS preferred
• CPA license required
• Minimum 6 years relevant work experience
• Strong working knowledge of SEC rules and regulations required
• Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred
• Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills
• Strong PC skills / SAP experience desired
