We are currently hiring a Financial Reporting Director with Banking industry experience to lead our reporting team. This role is a permanent, hybrid position (3-4 days onsite per week).

Responsibilities:

The Director is a key member of our financial reporting team, responsible for overseeing all reporting activities. Duties include:

• Managing a team
• Coordinating with finance and accounting teams
• Analyzing financial statements and disclosures
• Overseeing financial systems
• Handling SEC filings, including quarterly earnings releases, quarterly 10-Q, and annual 10-K
• Preparing materials to support investor relations initiatives
• Overseeing the preparation of monthly board reporting
• Acting as the main liaison with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews
• Presenting complex reporting matters
• Continuously striving to develop and hire strong talent within the finance department

Must-Have Skills:

• 10 years of financial reporting experience
• 5 years in management roles with 3 direct reports
• Banking industry experience
• SEC experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

Nice to Have Skills:

• Active CPA
• Experience in public accounting
