Financial Reporting Accountant jobs in Pennsylvania

Position Summary
The Financial Reporting Accountant supports the Global Finance organization in the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages. The position reports to Global Manager of Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Support the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
  Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and presentations for management and our parent company to support key business decisions.
• Prepare elimination entries and reconcile elimination company balances.
• Compile, analyze and publish financial metrics and corporate expenses.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis, trends, and key drivers.
• Co-administrator of ERP and consolidation/reporting tools, including reconciling financial data between systems and managing transfers to our parent company.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and data integrity.
• Support audit processes by providing documentation, explanations, and assistance to auditors during year-end audits.
• Prepare government survey reporting and ad hoc analyses/projects as needed.

Working Location

• This role is a hybrid position based out of Colorcon’s Harleysville, PA Global Headquarters.
• Working remotely from a home office will be facilitated when applicable and is at the manager’s discretion.
• Global travel may be required, up to 10% annually.
