This position will take the lead of our accounting needs and supporting our monthly objectives for billing, reconciling, and reporting for our client’s and 25 Financials’ accounts.

What will you do?
Bookkeeping for 25 Financial and affiliated brands (25%)
- Monthly/Quarterly Income Statements
- P&L Statements
- Cash Flow Statements
- Maintain Balance Sheet
Billing support and review (25%)
- Create Monthly Client Bills
- Work with Trading team to free necessary cash
- Submit fees on an institutional level
- Manage system settings for client accounts to ensure proper billing rates and application
Report Generation (10%)
- Create reports with the data to provide the 25 Financial Leadership team
- Create reports with the data to provide the 25 Financial advisors
- Budgeting and Forecasting reports
Bookkeeping for affiliated brands (10%)
- Monthly/Quarterly Income Statements
- P&L Statements
- Cash Flow Statements
- Maintain Balance Sheet
Accounts Payable/Receivable (10%)
- Create and manage invoices sent to partners
- Organize and reconcile outstanding invoices
Office Management Tasks (10%)
- Supply reorders
- Provide miscellaneous support to advisors and office staff where possible
Credit Card Management (5%)
- Reconciliation of statements
- Improvement of card/system/management
Other Miscellaneous (5%)

Required Skills and Certifications
- Finance background (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields)
- Understanding or willingness to learn the securities industry’s rules and regulations
- 1 years of prior experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and/or
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite products
- Willingness and ability to learn the Orion Advisor Services platform
