This position provides U.S. GAAP reporting, accounting, and support services (including financial analysis) through the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting deliverables and coordination of the Company's external reporting process.

Prepares monthly and quarterly internal reporting deliverables, including but not limited to quarterly financial statements, select Board of Directors/Audit Committee materials, and financial performance summaries
• Prepares the consolidated annual financial statements, footnotes, and related supporting schedules
• Collaborates with various departments across the Company to obtain supporting schedules for use in the financial statements
• Assists with quarterly and annual audit processes, including preparation of required audit schedules, tie-out of financial statements, and response to auditor questions regarding the financial statements
• Prepares ad-hoc reports to assist management with understanding business results and trends
• Prepares monthly journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation, as needed
• Assists with special projects, including technical accounting research, as needed
• Performs other tasks, as assigned
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of one to two years of accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in the use of GL software applications & databases. Licenses/Certifications preferred
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Proficiency using Excel
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting requirements, ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines, good business judgment, clear communication skills, and ability to resolve issues
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, strong organizational and documentation skills, teamwork focus, strong written and oral communication skills
