About The Company And Opportunity
The Corporate Controller leads the organization’s financial functions of payroll, tax, accounts payable, cash management, and accounting for by ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and best practice internal controls. - Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit
- Lead financial due diligence associated with acquisitions
- Ensure compliance of internal controls
- Direct tax planning and compliance for the corporation and its subsidiaries
- Design financial information systems and standard reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Five years’ experience as a financial administrator
- Extensive experience in corporate finances, auditing, and performance management
